Mitsui & Co., Ltd. ("Mitsui", Head Office: Tokyo, President and CEO: Tatsuo Yasunaga) announced today a 50,000 US dollar donation following the occurrence of the devastating flood in Mozambique caused by Cyclone Idai that took place in mid-March, 2019, and which has affected so many people.

Mindful of the devastation caused by this disaster, Mitsui hopes that this contribution will provide some measure of relief to those who are suffering in the wake of this tragedy.
